I ordered a toilet paper tree and wallpaper from this site and everything went well. I contacted customer service for a delivery delay and the person I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and answered all my questions. My order arrived as per the products I ordered. The description and photos are true to the products sold.

efficient on order taking, delivery tracking, deadlines I live in Toulouse, it never appeared at the time of the order that there was a store in Toulouse with the possibility of pickup. Too bad, I could have avoided shipping costs to buy more...

Speed, well-packaged furniture. Just a downside regarding the choice of carrier which lacks flexibility regarding delivery days and time slots.

Choice of items Quality of shipping packaging Responsiveness of customer service Drawback: no information on the status of the shipment of the package which forced me to send a request because I had no way to see if the package had been sent or not.
