Being abroad, I had requested delivery to a third party but I was able to see very good information about the progress of the shipment on my phone and by email. The delivery was made as planned and in very good condition.

Very pleasant phone reception. I needed my lights very quickly and the advisor did everything to ensure the package left the same day and arrived on the scheduled day. Which was the case! Perfect timing management! Thank you again to the whole team!

Due to a delivery delay caused by the supplier, I had to wait over 2 months to receive my order, whereas it was initially scheduled for a very short deadline? I found the payment in 3 installments a bit tedious to fill out. However, once the order was finally announced, delivery was very, very fast and the product satisfactory. An improvement in telephone or email exchanges would be welcome. Otherwise, a lot of choices for decoration.
