Pure Deco consistently delivers fast, reliable service with timely delivery and well-packaged products that arrive in perfect condition. Customers highlight accurate product descriptions, items matching visuals online, and careful, sturdy packaging that protects fragile pieces. The shopping experience is described as easy and efficient, with seamless order handling, clear descriptions, and quick, professional customer service. Overall, the store earns praise for dependable delivery, well-represented products, and attentive packaging and support.
Very high reactivity (thank you for that) A small downside however (hence the allocation of 4 stars): The ordered product (Ming Ibride) arrived with some unpleasant scratches on two of its components (and I personally know the quality of control performed by this creative and qualitative company); although I was warned about the shipping/receipt method by courier or otherwise, I did not expect this inconvenience. I advise you to be vigilant if you want a good customer/provider relationship and therefore do not thank you, in this regard, for the little consideration that was indirectly given to me!

The order was tracked and the information provided was respected. Moreover, after the order, additional information was given, particularly regarding postal shipping. Very good customer relationship.

A website of great quality, pleasant to browse, with a high level of finish, including in the online payment phases. Kudos for the site. In terms of service, nothing to say either, precise notifications, fairly quick delivery and no unpleasant surprises. Some websites should take example. :-) well done. Julien

Response from Pure Deco
Hello, We are following up on the comment posted on our partner Ekomi's site. It turns out that your order dated July 22 is indeed indicated as "available within 2 weeks". This information is included in the product sheet on our site, in the shopping cart, and also in the order confirmation email you received. Is your judgment not somewhat harsh? Awaiting your response, our team is at your complete disposal. Best regards, The Pure Deco Customer Service
