from the moment the package was shipped I couldn't track it.. Is there a possibility to track it online like with registered mail for example? However, I remember asking for the drop-off at the bakery next to my house: address well mentioned, etc.... it was not respected; I had to go the next day....

I am very satisfied with my order although the product is a bit too expensive. I found the delivery times - 15 days - a bit long.

Telephone efficiency and shipping in the best time gave us complete satisfaction, maybe it would be good to indicate on the website what is made in France or Europe, otherwise everything was perfect

Very fast shipping after receipt of the check. It was a fragile clock with glass, the packaging was very careful, really no risk for potential shocks during transport.
