Correct packaging (care taken with the items by putting protection under the opening to avoid cuts from scissors or cutters!) and received very quickly! Items conform to my expectations. Happy 😊

As the product did not suit me, I contacted Pure Deco to benefit from the "satisfaction or money back" guarantee. Pure Deco completely refunded me without any fuss and very quickly (less than 15 days after my order!). I add that I have never found a site as responsive as Pure Deco! Pure Deco has kept all my trust.

Excellent contact with customer service. Very accommodating. However, I had a small issue with my order that did not match the description in every way, they immediately offered a return at their expense and a refund. I'm still thinking about it.....
