I am very satisfied with my order although the product is a bit too expensive. I found the delivery times - 15 days - a bit long.

Telephone efficiency and shipping in the best time gave us complete satisfaction, maybe it would be good to indicate on the website what is made in France or Europe, otherwise everything was perfect

Very fast shipping after receipt of the check. It was a fragile clock with glass, the packaging was very careful, really no risk for potential shocks during transport.

Excellent online ordering system. No extra costs for paying with PayPal (contrary to some other French deco sites!). Very secure and reliable. Several emails to follow order and shipping process. If we need another deco object from Pure deco we will surely order again. Family A *******
