I did not receive my package.
I am not at all satisfied with the product. Even though the bottle and packaging have nothing to do with the proposed image, we were warned, but announcing a product that appears transparent in the image to meet a desired level of requirement for decorative oil lamps and seeing a yellow oil arrive where it is impossible to verify the composition (everything is in German and 'vegetable oil' does not appear anywhere! I personally feel deceived. Not to mention the complications related to the return that this entails given the weight of the product. I am sorry but you must announce a colored product to avoid misleading people, it will save you many disappointed customers! Best regards.

They sell defective products knowingly (twisted jewelry holder tesora). It's a shame about this dishonesty, however, they eventually refunded me.

Very expensive express payment that was useless. Ordered on Friday and received the following Thursday. The delivery person did not come to present the package on Tuesday, left it without us knowing, no email, no SMS, no phone call to a parcel relay of which we were unaware. We learned by writing and then calling the Pure Deco headquarters that the package was there. We would never have known. Shameful business practices.
Purchase of a console for almost €700. Two damaged legs. IMPOSSIBLE to reach the store for days + no response to my email request. This is unacceptable!!!

I found the delivery time very long and ended up with an item (€269!!) that is absolutely not in accordance with what was ordered, radio silence despite calls and emails sent with photos.
The product can be returned, but it is not indicated that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless you read the general sales conditions...). The rug being a bulky item: return shipping costs are very high, especially after already being charged for shipping costs during the initial order! And it's up to the customer to figure out how to go through Colissimo or find a carrier. I will not order from this site again, which hints at exchange possibilities without specifying the costs that will be incurred for bulky items. And contrary to what the contacted customer service indicates, it has nothing to do with whether the product is on sale or not...
- No visibility on the delivery date of the package - Lights delivered with different Equipment/ “sockets” (some in black plastic, another in gold brass...) Especially when you see the price of the light fixture - Obligation to send an email in addition to my call to report the problem.
The order took almost two months to arrive at my home and the carafe was broken, so I am not very happy. Unfortunately, I did not keep the packaging, but if you wish to send me a new carafe that would be great, I can send you a photo of the broken carafe, the little fish has its two broken fins. We are not satisfied with the order we placed because given the rather high price of the mirror, we expected to receive at least one mirror in good condition. However, we were unpleasantly surprised when we took the mirror out of the packaging because the rubber had cracked at the joint... My order dates from 08/08/18. Today is 08/19. I have received nothing, I have no information for tracking the shipment and I do not know who to contact. I can only be worried and dissatisfied.

Pure Deco announced a timely delivery. It should have been perfect, but I still haven't received my package, which was supposed to be at my home 4 days ago!!! Apparently, it's more of a Colissimo problem, but the inconvenience remains the same. And their information was not reliable from the start anyway, and my disappointment is the same whether it's one or the other of the service providers that is at fault. Be cautious regarding DELIVERY DELAYS for which no trust can be granted.
We chose this wall lamp to make it one of the main elements of a child's room decoration. We were very disappointed with this item, especially considering its high price. It does not correspond at all to the photo on the site (smooth texture versus slight relief, white color versus yellowed effect, simple hanging bag ...). The fact that I take the time to write this comment signifies all our disappointment. Sorry, I would have preferred to write a laudatory comment.
For the price paid, I expected a minimum of quality. Very big disappointment upon unpacking the package. Paying for this vulgar piece of plastic ***€, I consider that as ***. For me, the whole thing should not be worth more than ***€. I don't find that very serious, but since it's fashionable, prices are inevitably inflated. 12 days after the order, the site informs me that the product is not available. Ultimately a good thing because I found the same item cheaper on *** with free shipping!!!
It has now been 16 days since I placed an order. Payment was made immediately. Since then, no information on delivery time or order tracking. No explanation, no expected date on the invoice!!
Impossible to say anything because the ordered parts are still not here. Choose another carrier than GEODIS for delivery of parts within 24 hours (paid 24 euros for delivery a month later)! ISO 9001 for Geodis is just a marketing label. No service or even attempt to find a solution when one is absent for 5 minutes (they don't even call: it's not in their obligations). In short, you are not to blame, but I think your choice of carrier should be more rigorous...

Package not delivered three weeks after order and debit of the amount. Your subcontractor (La Poste - Colissimo) accumulates dysfunctions. Package held at a post office far from my home while a nearby office exists, no response to the complaint and the request to keep the hold longer than the 15 days announced, reshipment to the sender ***. I will now prefer online purchases that work with other carriers.

Misleading product photo
Mistake made by customer service which leaves me with a design suspension lamp worth over 300€ never installed and unusable. The site does not want to proceed with an exchange and does not take responsibility for its mistake!!!!
I placed 2 orders, I immediately returned the items that did not suit me and I cannot get a refund. However, I have proof from the colissimo service that my package arrived at its destination. I am not getting any satisfactory response from them.
I returned items that did not suit me, I have not been refunded even though I have proof of my return by colissimo and proof that it was delivered. I was not informed of the necessity to obtain a return number.
Package still not received! And NO tracking on the site. I therefore do not know if the package has been sent. I am starting to fear that I will not receive it. This is very annoying. Other sites provide information; it is reassuring to know where our order stands.
