Disappointed, the ordered tray has "fold marks" at the corners not present in the photos on the site.
Cute characters but a bit small
Overall the product is as expected. However, it took 9 weeks for it to be sent. It was not clearly indicated on the page at the time of ordering that the item was available within 4 to 6 weeks. The response from customer service when I asked them after a month of waiting why my order was not moving was quite curt (not really friendly). When I wrote again after 7 weeks had passed, it took them a week to respond that the order was on its way from Italy. Normally, customer service does not look down on people. And the website should clearly warn that some items are not immediately available.
Very late delivery due to a 'not available' product while it was indicated as available on your site.
I am disappointed, I thought the liquid was colorless. This should be mentioned in your description.

Change your delivery provider. The post is really no longer possible. We give instructions to pick up the package at a pickup point and not the delivery person comes back and of course it is up to us to go down and respond in a second otherwise the delivery person is already gone! It's really a shame because delivery is the last thing we remember! Otherwise, the purchase on the site went very well. Package very well packaged to avoid receiving the broken item!
Confirms what I was expecting
The furniture was delivered with a scratch on the top, we reported it, except that it is the last piece of furniture in stock and an exchange is not possible. We find that 20% compensation is not up to par... it is still a high-end piece of furniture and you knew about the defect at shipment.

Beautiful suspension but very unfortunate that the safety sticker is placed on the visible part of the brass because once removed, the sticker takes off with a slight layer of brass and leaves behind glue that is impossible to clean. For a suspension of this size, the mark is quite visible. Moreover, there are a few slight imperfections on the brass, but I think that depends on the batch this time. In short, a bit expensive due to these 2 defects.
