Hello, I have received my order *** but I had to pay almost *** CAD in customs duties and I do not find that normal. You should have warned me that I would have to pay customs duties knowing that you knew the package was for Canada. Best regards.

Change your delivery provider. The post is really no longer possible. We give instructions to pick up the package at a pickup point and not the delivery person comes back and of course it is up to us to go down and respond in a second otherwise the delivery person is already gone! It's really a shame because delivery is the last thing we remember! Otherwise, the purchase on the site went very well. Package very well packaged to avoid receiving the broken item!

Very nice products, order fulfilled very quickly. A small downside for the return procedure which differs from usual procedures (agreement email with return slip to print as an attachment, which avoids having to return to the site) and is not very intuitive. I would recommend this store without any problem.
