More than a week later, the package still hasn't left France and no contact with the Pure Deco store to ensure the follow-up and delivery of the package in question

The furniture was delivered with a scratch on the top, we reported it, except that it is the last piece of furniture in stock and an exchange is not possible. We find that 20% compensation is not up to par... it is still a high-end piece of furniture and you knew about the defect at shipment.

I order a product that I pay for and that is delivered to me. This seems just normal to me.

Nice product and correct timing - no problem before receipt _ but way too much packaging for such a small item _ sending it in an envelope would have been sufficient and unfortunately one piece out of 6 is non-compliant_these are nails at *** euros each, out of the 6, one is not compliant _ I sent an email, I am waiting for a response, thank you.
