I am happy with the hooks: very simple, practical. All that's left is to install them. It seems to me that the diameter of the loop and the length of the hook were not indicated on the product sheet.

Shipping costs to Belgium are quite discouraging (***) for small accessories. The packaging is done carefully but with too much bubble wrap (let's limit the amounts of plastic). Products seem to be of good quality (time will have to confirm this).

More than a week later, the package still hasn't left France and no contact with the Pure Deco store to ensure the follow-up and delivery of the package in question

The furniture was delivered with a scratch on the top, we reported it, except that it is the last piece of furniture in stock and an exchange is not possible. We find that 20% compensation is not up to par... it is still a high-end piece of furniture and you knew about the defect at shipment.

I order a product that I pay for and that is delivered to me. This seems just normal to me.
