Good friendly customer contact but the follow-up for those who live abroad is not up to par. We hope for a follow-up of the furniture to be delivered, which is not the case.

The product perfectly matches the description, and the delivery time was very fast. The only small downside: lack of tracking from the carrier (the delivery person showed up at my home without me being informed, neither by email nor by phone).
