Totally inadequate service: 1) the box arrived stained, completely soaked with strawberry syrup from another package, to the point that the original packaging could not be kept for return :-/ (but this is the least important point). 2) the mirrors, described in the contractual phrases as delivered "with screws and fittings", did not contain these items at all, but the mirrors were instead equipped on the back with huge and very thick glued pieces of wood (which were not stipulated anywhere!) and it was impossible to detach them to fix the mirrors flat against the wall as intended. 3) for informational purposes, my personal wish for research was a set of 2 to 6 square copper mirrors of 30 x 30 cm, (such as the company *** sold 30 years ago in the *** and the ***).

I contacted customer service before ordering to know the availability of the product (in this case a dining table). I was assured that the product would be available within 15 days. I then placed the order but received an email 2 days later announcing a delivery delay of more than two months! Contacted again, customer service, which does not seem to understand the utility and necessity of a table in daily life, refused any commercial gesture for this significant inconvenience.

I was disappointed as soon as I received my package (damaged package, poorly sealed) and even more disappointed when I opened it: one of my items did not match the color seen on the site. I know there is always a difference, but this really did not correspond!!! Red is not pink, blue is not green. In short, total disappointment.

2 broken glass tubes inside the package. The breakage occurred during packaging without a doubt because the tubes were in thick bubble wrap and there are no signs of shock on the package. I request that you kindly send me 2 replacement tubes. Thank you. JS

I first paid a significant extra for 24-hour delivery before being told that the ordered goods were not available for 15 days. The "24-hour delivery extra" payment was of course validated by the site. I then had to repeatedly contact the merchant site to be told there was a delay because my order was not arriving on the indicated date (I would have had no info if I hadn't constantly contacted the site). I was finally delivered after a month. I was repeatedly told that the carrier would contact me to set a delivery date, which did not happen. The carrier called me once at my door, I was obviously at work an hour away from my home at that time. The carrier returned on Saturday morning, unwilling to climb the stairs because there is no elevator in my building, the reason why I had requested and paid for delivery!!! (detail of course not specified by the merchant site.) A total scam, no commercial gesture, no apology.

Disappointed after buying fairy stickers; size not provided in the description, misleading photo (the silhouettes are not opposite as shown in the photo) and the worst part is that they don't even stick properly to the wall. That's all for this product, do I need to tell you my feelings!!
