One advice, watch the prices and quantity closely!
Clearly lacking shipment tracking and information to the carrier to avoid delivery delays
Good choice of products but too bad the shipping costs are so high! A cheaper option at a relay point would be desirable... Moreover, the shipment was particularly long: ordered on 03/12, I was only confirmed the handling on 10/12 - package received on 12/12 Regarding the product, it will be given next week so I have not yet been able to check the quality.

Very bad delivery service providing no more precise time slot than 8:00 AM / 5:30 PM which blocks the entire day. The delivery person left my 25 kg shelves in the hall of my building for me to carry up alone. Normally, there is an option that allows you to choose if the package is delivered to your home for an additional fee. It is impossible for me to order from sites with complicated deliveries. Otherwise, perfect product and perfect condition of the product.
Hello, I am very very disappointed with the delivery. Yesterday the transport company called me to inform me that my table would be delivered today and that I should be home all day. I waited until 4 PM and still nothing, I called the delivery company and the lady told me the delivery person is not coming today, he will come tomorrow.

Lack of communication, we don't know where the order is, I paid with PayPal, fortunately this way I know that the payment was sent when I receive my package, I will see it well! when it is there!

Very nice suspension, but the attachment system *** is clearly insufficient for the weight of the suspension (5 kg). This fixing was not photographed on the site. I had to buy a much larger and sturdier fixing. The price being already quite high, the suspension should be provided with an adequate fixing and not a very low-quality plastic thing.

Hello, we are disappointed with the product we purchased, as we just installed them and the bulbs are all scratched. So it looks much worse.

I expect a mail order purchase price to be as close as possible to a local retail distribution. 3 / Good information conditions on order preparation and delivery. The product is an electric garland from the Blachère brand, made in China.
The site does not contain enough descriptive information about the products, poorly organized, not enough photos of the items in context. The carrier was supposed to come today, 21/11/14. I waited at home all day since 8 AM this morning. It is 6 PM and he still hasn't come while the delivery hours end at 5:30 PM. Already the fact of not offering a time slot is not practical (who stays at home without moving from 8 AM to 5:30 PM on weekdays?). A fool like me. So waiting for nothing is infuriating!
I did not receive my entire order. I had ordered 2 items but I only have one and the other was refunded. I am very disappointed not to have the other item which was out of stock.

I appreciate that you deliver to North America (that's my case) BUT your payment provider (Crédit Mutuel I believe) does not accept payment by Canadian Visa card (my Visa card was refused without explanation and I see only this explanation) which does not allow ordering from abroad. I believe your products are good, but I cannot comment because I have not received them yet. I think you need to have a discussion with your partner Coliposte. The packages were sent last Friday, now a week later I still do not have the products I ordered. They came to the house when I was not there (Monday). No phone call or anything... a day later (Tuesday) I got a message that they will send SMS or put a letter in the mailbox to inform which post office they will send my package... still no info. I called today at the local post office and they still have not received. How is this possible - 5 days have passed since their arrival to deliver the package.
