Very bad delivery service providing no more precise time slot than 8:00 AM / 5:30 PM which blocks the entire day. The delivery person left my 25 kg shelves in the hall of my building for me to carry up alone. Normally, there is an option that allows you to choose if the package is delivered to your home for an additional fee. It is impossible for me to order from sites with complicated deliveries. Very nice suspension, but the attachment system *** is clearly insufficient for the weight of the suspension (5 kg). This fixing was not photographed on the site. The site does not contain enough descriptive information about the products, poorly organized, not enough photos of the items in context. The carrier was supposed to come today, 21/11/14. I waited at home all day since 8 AM this morning. It is 6 PM and he still hasn't come while the delivery hours end at 5:30 PM.
