Hello, I am satisfied with the ordered items. However, the package was forced into my mailbox by the delivery person, leaving no possibility to open it to retrieve the package. I had to moisten the cardboard with water so that it took up less space and be able to turn the key in the lock to finally open it. Your site indicates that it is important to check the contents of the order in the presence of the delivery person but in this case, I could not do it; fortunately, the items were not damaged!
