The delivery took a little longer than expected but the shelves arrived in perfect condition. However, the quality of the fixing screws was a bit disappointing: the head of two of them detached while they had not finished their course and we could not remove them from the plug and replace them.

I just placed an order that was processed very quickly. Upon receipt, there was an error on one item. I contacted them by email, and I received an immediate response. Two days later, the item was at my home despite the context. Thank you for your professionalism and responsiveness!
