We are not satisfied with the order we placed because given the rather high price of the mirror, we expected to receive at least one mirror in good condition. However, we were unpleasantly surprised when we took the mirror out of the packaging because the rubber had cracked at the joint... A commercial gesture from Pure-deco would be welcome in this case.... Looking forward to a response. Thank you in advance.
