1 / Probably lack of controls (e.g. by sampling) of the product: - Indications on the packaging (pure white) not compliant with the content (blue light); - Wire connection (very thin) / transformer (heavy): breakage during use. 2 / Relatively high flat-rate delivery charges for a modest purchase amount (17.5%). I expect a mail order purchase price to be as close as possible to a local retail distribution. 3 / Good information conditions on order preparation and delivery. The product is an electric garland from the Blachère brand, made in China.

I ordered three chandeliers on Friday (before 12pm) and they were delivered the following Thursday morning IN BELGIUM. Before I placed my order with Pure Deco, I had inquired at a Belgian store (in Ghent) for these chandeliers and they could not give me a delivery time. That's why I turned to Pure Deco. I am extremely happy!

The site does not contain enough descriptive information about the products, poorly organized, not enough photos of the items in context. The carrier was supposed to come today, 21/11/14. I waited at home all day since 8 AM this morning. It is 6 PM and he still hasn't come while the delivery hours end at 5:30 PM. Already the fact of not offering a time slot is not practical (who stays at home without moving from 8 AM to 5:30 PM on weekdays?). A fool like me. So waiting for nothing is infuriating!

Beautiful selection of items and good presentation. Clear, quite diverse and nice. Too bad that the 'neighbors' of France do not benefit from a more favorable shipping rate than distant countries. We live in the era of Europe and this site still talks about 'Metropolitan France'... and the rest of the world! This is the explanation for the removal of the fifth star rating!
