I had ordered two items. One of the items was missing. I canceled the order for the other item because the shipping costs were higher than the price of the item. Pure Deco immediately proceeded with a full refund.

The service was very good and very efficient. My only disappointment (big disappointment) was with a product ordered from the Mimilou brand (sticker). So nothing to do with the service and the delivery where there is nothing to complain about, quite the opposite.

Everything was great, the speed, the tracking, the simplicity, except for one thing: the dimensions of the shelf were correct but it still didn't fit because the bending of the metal meant that its true dimension had to be taken diagonally (62cm instead of 60). We had to move about 380 books and a hundred CDs to move 2 huge shelves. But the shelf is very beautiful......!!!
