The only downside relates to the customs fees that you do not indicate for deliveries outside of France. Generally, sales sites provide these fees (in your case, the shipping fees are given and one assumes that there are customs fees) and provide addresses of merchants in France where one can be delivered if one wants to avoid these fees. In my case, the customs fees amounted to practically a quarter of the price of my purchase which I would not have made this way if I had been informed. It seems to me that this way of doing things lacks transparency and is misleading. Perhaps it would be better to either refuse to deliver outside of France or take the trouble to provide complete information.
