I contacted customer service before ordering to know the availability of the product (in this case a dining table). I was assured that the product would be available within 15 days. I then placed the order but received an email 2 days later announcing a delivery delay of more than two months! Contacted again, customer service, which does not seem to understand the utility and necessity of a table in daily life, refused any commercial gesture for this significant inconvenience.
