My order arrived in a timely manner, out of 4 lanterns one had a malfunction. A quick email to customer service a few days later and a new lantern was delivered to me, and I didn't even have to return the defective product. So a big congratulations to all of you for your seriousness.

2 broken glass tubes inside the package. The breakage occurred during packaging without a doubt because the tubes were in thick bubble wrap and there are no signs of shock on the package. I request that you kindly send me 2 replacement tubes. Thank you. JS
