SPEED? QUALITY. I would like the delivery to be made either to a relay point or by post or other, at the customer's choice. It is easier for me to go pick up the packages at the time I decided than to wait for the postman. It's a minor point. If I find other items I like, I won't hesitate to buy.

The delivery included in the order price.... even starting from a certain price, I would have bought something else, there are so many beautiful things....

We received our silver wooden tree with a broken branch; Was it during transport or before? It was carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and we noticed it once unwrapped. We decided to keep it thinking we could glue it to avoid return costs. But well.....bad image for a first order!

The item meets my expectations. Colors however a bit lighter than in the photo.
