1_I find the shipping costs high and especially not decreasing based on the order amount. Paying 6.40 on a 34 euro order hurts. 2_ The site advertises 24-hour delivery. In fact, for an order placed on Sunday, we received it on Thursday, but May 1st was a holiday. But in any case, the tracking information is great!

A good ordering process, delivery within the announced deadlines. Unfortunately, many products presented are no longer in stock.
One element was not clear: I had ordered 2 items, one was available and the other was supposed to arrive in 2 weeks. On the one that was available, it was written 'available, delivery within 48h'. But since I hadn't received anything after 1 week, I ended up calling and they explained to me that they were waiting for the 2nd item to send everything together. I understand the reason given - not to pay shipping costs twice - but I find it unfortunate that this was not indicated more clearly from the start.

We placed the order and paid on 12.03.12 for delivery on a specific date: 10 or 11.04.12, which was confirmed to us. We were called back on 26.03.12 to be told that we would be delivered at best on 15 MAY 2012. So already Pure Deco waited 15 days before informing us of this additional delay, and since we paid in advance, I don't know what commercial gesture they can make towards us!!!

Not satisfied with the Liv hook (green leaf) in the photo there are 2, this is misleading because I only received one.. Moreover, the system does not work well, I have not yet managed to keep the hook from moving on the wall.. disappointed with this purchase! For the rest (Umbra wall flower and under ^mat queen mother tree) everything was fine
More precision in the expected delivery date. Otherwise, everything was perfect! Offer a promo code to customers after each order or reduced or even free shipping from €50 charged.
For a first order, I was not disappointed, simply perfect, keep it up.
