The vape pen was leaking at the beginning, but then it went fine, I also noticed some crystals inside the cartridge and the liquid seems to get stuck there, I was wondering what are those. Overall the extract seems to be of good quality with quite bitter notes at the end

Response from pure extrtact cbd
Dear Romanenco,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are glad to hear that you found our CBD extract to be of good quality, despite the initial issues with the vape pen. The crystals you noticed in the cartridge can sometimes occur due to the natural properties of the extract, and we appreciate your understanding. Impeccable service, very good product, package tracking, fast delivery. But all of this is useless when the delivery person is too lazy to come to my home but quite the liar to pretend that I was not present. There are plenty of negative reviews about PostNL delivery people, packages left at the door without ringing, packages taken to a relay point without going through the customer's home. And the worst part is that when we inquire, we learn that it is because the delivery people are overworked, pressed like lemons, bad working conditions. Pure Extract is one of the best CBD shops but as long as the delivery is done by PostNL, I will no longer source from you.

Hello Michael,

P.S. You also have the option to choose Mondial Relay.
