Hello, I have not heard anything about my order, I have had no communication from the company despite numerous messages. I even had to place another order which seems to be going smoothly. It's a shame because I am a regular customer, and until now I had no problems. Let's hope this is an isolated incident and that Pure Extract will quickly find a solution...

ThcP is a synthetic migration that is too powerful and dangerous. It made me sick for 3 days. How is this legal but natural THC is not?

Not great, particularly the taste of the Piatella THV-N10 60% resin, very unpleasant, even unsmokable (tar taste). It's a shame, as there is an interesting effect. As for the 4 X Filtered 30% THV-N10 resin, it's smoother and the taste is much more bearable.

Hello Sophie,

Thank you for your feedback. We are delighted to hear that you experienced an interesting effect with our Piatella Resin, even though the taste did not satisfy you. Your opinion is valuable and we take it into account to improve our products. Please feel free to try other references that might better suit your preferences.

Very good in flavor, the consistency is crumbly. Given the percentage, the effect is acceptable. I recommend it. I would like other varieties of resins of this type to try.

The lemon haze deserves 10/10 for appearance and freshness and beautiful buds, but it could be a bit stronger grown... Unfortunately, less good experience from the strong amnesia and strawberry haze, the first order was slightly better and this time the sour diesel and strawberry and amnesia are in different bags as always, but if you compare they are all exactly the same strain and same quality, no nice fresh smell anymore, smell of grass or pesto.... I hope the next orders will arrive much better...

Surely we are talking about excellent products. The only thing I notice is that, compared to the first orders, the HHC cigarettes have always been less strong than the first ones, even though I don't use them daily. Another thing I don't understand is why, after a few orders, I never receive a discount code for future purchases, which could be useful for many people who might want to try other products as well. You guys are amazing, keep it up!

Good website with fast shipping. However, the product itself (Cookies HHC vape) is quite overpriced and shipping is expensive as well and the product doesn't last very long seeing how very expensive it is and comparing to other similar products. I understand it's an imported product from the US but the original US price is around half of what you pay here.

Of the 3 cartridges ordered, one does not work with either of my two pens (510 model). After contacting your services, I was asked to return the concerned cartridge at my expense for an exchange. I find it a bit strange that I have to pay the shipping costs to return a defective product (once on the pen, the light blinks and nothing comes out. The other 2 cartridges worked immediately without any problem).

Fast and good delivery! I have tried different ones, but I do notice that there are a lot of twigs in it and also in the buds themselves, so you end up with little unless you want to smoke twigs.. from the 25g I think I have at least 8 to 10g of twigs. That is really the only downside, the rest is great! good service and a nice company!

It's not really your fault, but I bought a Puff CBD60% thinking it was a hhc95%. Unfortunately, I opened it and smoked it before realizing. So I placed another order with two other Puffs.
