Of the 3 cartridges ordered, one does not work with either of my two pens (510 model). After contacting your services, I was asked to return the concerned cartridge at my expense for an exchange. I find it a bit strange that I have to pay the shipping costs to return a defective product (once on the pen, the light blinks and nothing comes out. The other 2 cartridges worked immediately without any problem).

Hello Jean,
We sincerely thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are happy to hear that the other two cartridges are working perfectly, and we understand your frustration regarding the defective cartridge. Your feedback is valuable to us and we hope you will continue to trust us for your future orders.

Fast and good delivery! I have tried different ones, but I do notice that there are a lot of twigs in it and also in the buds themselves, so you end up with little unless you want to smoke twigs.. from the 25g I think I have at least 8 to 10g of twigs. That is really the only downside, the rest is great! good service and a nice company!
