Product as described but delivered 1 month after the order despite the chronopost option. It is regrettable to discover that the product is out of stock. The extra cost of a "chrono" shipment suggests that your order will arrive quickly, which was not the case! Customer service contact remains vague about the timelines and states "shipment upon receipt from the supplier", which was respected but 30 days after the order.

Dear Pierre, we thank you for your feedback which allows us to improve our service. We are sincerely sorry that you experienced delivery delays beyond your expectations, which do not correspond to our quality standards. This vacuum elbow was out of stock with the supplier and required a restocking delay from the factory of which we were not aware despite our repeated requests. Please be assured that we are fully committed even if this has not resolved the issue. Once again, we regret this situation.

The parts are available, but they arrive 2 weeks after the order!!! The parts are not available at R2MS, they are available from the manufacturer! That makes a big difference. Compliant parts, well packaged.

Hello, We are doing our best to enrich our product photo database (a new process will be implemented in the coming weeks for this) but we manage over 180,000 references and the manufacturers themselves do not necessarily have the photos, so it is complicated to have them all. Disappointed with the delivery, DPD asked to be home from 12 to 3 PM with a code to provide to the delivery person to find the package on the trash can in front of the house in the evening.
