Heated gloves purchased in November 2018 used 3 months in the year (50 km/day 4 days/week). In 2019 when I resumed using the gloves in November, batteries dead (used 3 months in 2018). November 2021 batteries dead; new ones provided by customer service (thank you ++) used for 2 days and the heated gloves no longer heat even though batteries charged... too bad given the price of the gloves
