In light of the complications encountered with your delivery, we completely understand your opinion and your dissatisfaction regarding this aspect.
Delivery is a parameter that unfortunately does not depend on us.
Once the package has been picked up and the instructions given, the transport company is completely "autonomous" in its delivery methods.
This can lead to inconveniences if an issue arises during the delivery attempts by the driver (closed relay point or refusing a package, customer absent, etc).
We remain, for our part, -unfortunately- dependent on these parameters.
Although we do everything possible, on the Customer Service side, to be responsive and find the most suitable/quick solutions to satisfy our Customers, we may be faced with this logistical issue. We are sorry about that.
We hope, however, that you will be satisfied with your item.
