It was a bit of a problem, it arrived just in time for Christmas gifts.

Very happy to buy good quality gloves from Racer, I was very disappointed with the size of these! It is clearly stated on the site that they fit normally, that you should choose your usual size. However, I received a pair that is 1 to 1.5 sizes smaller than what I usually take...

Fast delivery but high shipping costs.

Good product. Useful in negative temperature periods. I bought my first pair of bike gloves in 2017 and encountered a problem with one glove (bad electrical contact in 2023). I preferred to buy a new pair with the discount rather than repair the defective glove. Indeed, I didn't want to take the risk of having a defect on the second glove within a more or less short time. The cost of these two repairs would have been the same as the price of a new pair of gloves with the discount if the same discount had been offered to me. However, regarding the maintenance of these gloves, one can regret that they are not washable. Indeed, there is an unpleasant odor due to sweating. If solutions exist to eliminate it, I would be happy to know about them. As for the after-sales service and delivery times, it's perfect.

I found what I was looking for.

It's been a month since I placed my order, I still haven't received anything. Still no response from customer service... Maybe still on vacation.

I don't rate the product which is excellent, but the service.

The site is well made, intuitive navigation, you don't have to search for the desired item. The delivery arrived within a normally reasonable time. The only downside for me is the sizes; after consulting, measuring, and choosing the size based on the chart, I find the gloves a bit small.
No matter, they are summer gloves, summer doesn't last forever.

Very fast delivery to the Auchan point but complicated because Auchan does not work with the carrier mandated by RACER (???)

Hello, the Ronin red/white/black summer gloves are not red as on your site, the European red color. It's the red from China. My new motorcycle is European red. For me, the gloves and the motorcycle need to be the same color. I am not happy. What do you propose for me? Conor

I ordered two pairs of heated gloves and one pair was missing batteries. The boxes were still sealed so customs or the carrier have not removed them. I have contacted customer service yet still do not have batteries being sent.

Absolutely ineffective customer service, the order was not suitable but impossible to return it as no return label available. Despite an email to customer service 10 days ago, no follow-up was given to my complaint.

There is missing on website different languages, like in this form to choose best language in the world like English. :-)

Hello, I am trying to contact you via your form to return my eglove4 product because I cannot on the site as it remains shipped and not delivered. Sincerely, your customer service is non-existent. I wish to be called back and for you to take care of this return/change of these gloves.

The product looks beautiful but does not work. I contacted support but have not heard back in 48 hours. I bought these gloves for a ski trip and was not able to use them.
