Good ordering experience. Problem with TNT-Fedex delivery arrived 2 days late compared to the announced date. No response to messages sent to 1927.com or TNT (or only once delivered for TNT). Not convenient to be stuck at home for 2 days wondering when you will be delivered...

Big downside with the carrier who did not deliver properly. Upon checking the shipping tracking, I noticed that I had to contact the carrier because there was an issue with my package. I sent 3 messages to the carrier that went unanswered until I was informed that the delivery was made but with several unjustified delays.

A real disaster! First contact on October 27, 2021 with customer service, one of my gloves is damaged, I asked twice if it was possible to exchange the defective glove and I never got a response. I returned the complete pair on November 29, I was told it was not repairable, I asked again if it was possible to buy a glove: no response, I requested the return on December 6, on December 26 I still received nothing, I followed up by phone and my pair of gloves was returned to me on December 27… 2 months to process this case!!!
