I ordered gloves and the site charged me shipping fees between France and Canada of 42.50 euros. Upon receipt, I see that the package was posted in Montreal while I live in Quebec: I therefore paid international shipping fees for a national shipment 280 km from my home. This is dishonest!

First of all, we thank you for your purchase on our website.
The delivery was indeed made via our warehouse in Montreal where we had just received the model you ordered.

In a concern for quality of service, we decided to ship directly from Canada rather than from France, which would have extended the delivery times of your order for which you would have seen customs fees applied of an amount of 18% of the product value.
In other words, your pair of gloves cost you 234.13 EUR shipping fees included instead of 460 CAD taxes included if you had bought it from one of our resellers in Canada.

We apologize for the confusion created and inform you that a refund of 20 EUR (amount that would have been charged to you from Canada) has just been made.

Nothing to say about the product faithful to the description
However, delivery time not respected order on September 10 delivery on the 21
Not seeing anything arrive on the 17 I called and they told me that due to a computer bug the order had not been sent!
I have the impression that if I had not contacted them it would not have been resolved!
The product is good, the delivery be better organized

You report that this item ordered in Chrono-post was not delivered on time.
Indeed, a bug in the carrier's software caused the package to return to our warehouses after several days.
As soon as it returned to our warehouses, your package was sent out again via DHL.

Loyalty points are acquired after 15 days (legal withdrawal period of the order). After this period, you can use them. Regarding returns, for now, just go to the contact section and request a product return, a form must be filled out, and once validated, we will send you the return slip. Very soon, a dedicated site will allow you to manage this.
Regarding the lack of availability by phone, we apologize, the holiday period is always complicated, by email, you are sure to get a response within 24 hours.
