Following a switch failure on a heated glove purchased in 2016, that is 6 years ago, RACER offered me 20% off other heated gloves. I took the heat 5.
I appreciated the gesture but gloves costing 300€ should be repairable 6 years later.
Moreover, the gloves now have only one button to communicate with each other. Personally, I regret this choice. Yes, it's efficient but it adds electronics... and we know that electronics age very poorly, hence an additional source of failure.
Marketing gadget for me.
Another regret: yet another French brand that manufactures in Asia like Mash, Shark, Furygan, and others. The TUFFERY workshop manufactures in France and sells its shirts for 150€ and its jeans for 200€. And you know what? They are doing great.
So, no more excuses. BMW GS motorcycles are made in Germany, they are overpriced... and yet they sell too.

In June 2022, I ordered a pair of mittens that arrived in the wrong color. Following this error, I returned the product but I could not be delivered in the correct color as it was no longer available. The sales service offered to refund me or give me a credit note slightly higher than what I had paid because the new mittens replacing the old ones were a bit more expensive. So I can say that the sales service was really up to the task and to top it off, the people I spoke to online were all very pleasant!! Thank you for your competence.

This is the second pair I buy, the color has never faded, even after several kilometers in the rain with soaked gloves! I'm not a fan of gloves that are too big or thick and these are the best with motorcycle certification. Fits perfectly without an extra 1 cm on the thumb.
