The product is very good and meets my expectations, especially for the possibility of adding a second battery and extending the heat duration.
The only downside concerns the return policy. I had to return a product because I ordered the wrong size and I found out that the return shipping was entirely at my expense. Normally in online purchases, the return is at the seller's expense. I spent 28 euros to send the product back by mail. On this aspect, I think Race needs to review its commercial policy.

You with the size chart should take a size down because it would be large? I still put my real size and they are too small and also the index finger of the right glove hurts my finger, there is something like a thread or a knot so I returned them and I am waiting for the exchange with a size up, so size 11
