Despite a problem with the batteries I ordered, independent of their will, they immediately reacted by calling a technician to try to find a solution by phone. Unfortunately, it didn't work, so they accepted the return of the batteries in exchange. Moreover, I have Racer heated gloves for over 4 years now, and the quality of the gloves as well as the heating system are still on point this winter!

A wide choice, it's great, but few sorting options. Impeccable service: fast delivery, and return without problems because the size did not fit: theoretically size 9 according to the site, practically size 10.

Hello,
The site is well made, intuitive navigation, you don't have to search for the desired item. The delivery arrived within a normally reasonable time. The only downside for me is the sizes; after consulting, measuring, and choosing the size based on the chart, I find the gloves a bit small.
No matter, they are summer gloves, summer doesn't last forever.
