Nice site but on the bike equipment part, it's hard to understand the differences between the 3 product ranges.
Nothing too serious but a little explanation would be welcome to facilitate the choice.

Hello the site is good and the delivery too but the product itself does not meet my expectations. The glove hurts my hand on the head of the metacarpal. The internal seams of the gloves where the heating cables pass stick out and press very unpleasantly on the back of the hand. Do you have a solution to propose to me? Thank you.

Easy and quick order. Product meets my expectations. The gloves are warm and comfortable.

Good pair of gloves, nothing to say about the quality/price ratio, stitching finish needs improvement, but nothing serious a quick burn will fix it. For size, I have large hands with fairly thin fingers, size 9 fits me like a glove.

It was a bit of a problem, it arrived just in time for Christmas gifts.

Good product. Useful in negative temperature periods. I bought my first pair of bike gloves in 2017 and encountered a problem with one glove (bad electrical contact in 2023). I preferred to buy a new pair with the discount rather than repair the defective glove. Indeed, I didn't want to take the risk of having a defect on the second glove within a more or less short time. The cost of these two repairs would have been the same as the price of a new pair of gloves with the discount if the same discount had been offered to me. However, regarding the maintenance of these gloves, one can regret that they are not washable. Indeed, there is an unpleasant odor due to sweating. If solutions exist to eliminate it, I would be happy to know about them. As for the after-sales service and delivery times, it's perfect.

The site is well made, intuitive navigation, you don't have to search for the desired item. The delivery arrived within a normally reasonable time. The only downside for me is the sizes; after consulting, measuring, and choosing the size based on the chart, I find the gloves a bit small.
No matter, they are summer gloves, summer doesn't last forever.

Very fast delivery to the Auchan point but complicated because Auchan does not work with the carrier mandated by RACER (???)
