The shipping of orders is very fast, nothing to say about that, however for an exchange it is significantly longer and more difficult, almost a month... Regarding the exchange, I will only give one star.

Very fast shipping, site information for size choice not 100% reliable from my point of view. I did not follow the recommendation to take the gloves one size down, and they fit me perfectly. I had been able to try another model in store, which helped me with this choice. Very happy with the gloves other than that!
