Order via your site perfectly compliant. However, problem with the carrier: - difficult to reach to set the appointment. - impossible to get a time slot for the appointment, delivery on the same day. - the delivery person came the day after the appointment, moreover a bag was damaged on the pallet.

The smell is related to the active ingredients that make up the CMV, vitamins, and trace elements. The apple flavor has been added to "mask" this smell as much as possible and facilitate the intake of the CMV (alone) by the horses.
The Reverdy MINÉRAL OLIGOVIT comes in two forms; EASY DOSE (= large granules) and vermicelli. For horses aged one year or older, both versions of the CMV (Mineral and Vitamin Supplement) may be suitable.
For younger horses under 1 year, we recommend giving the vermicelli version. Perhaps this format would suit your filly better?
Each horse is unique, and some horses not used to this format sometimes need to be a little "conditioned" to end up appreciating it. If this has not already been done, do not hesitate to contact our nutrition advisor team so that we can help you ;)

Hello, it is too early to assess the quality of the food. However, a bag arrived torn. I sent an email to inform Reverdy but still no response to this day. It may not seem like much, but storing bulk grain when it is not planned to avoid mice has cost me quite a bit of time. Plus, I lost a little on the floor that I couldn't recover. Anyway, it's not a big deal, but a little apology email would have been appreciated.

Hello, One bag out of two was torn during delivery, we reported it to the delivery person (as you told us to do by phone) but there has been no follow-up. This time the "mineral-oligovit" bag has a very strong smell (at the parcel relay, the package was wrapped in plastic due to the smell!) and the elements are very hard to the point that I have 2 horses that do not eat them. I tried to break them but a small hammer is needed!! I wish to exchange this product.

The smell of MINERAL OLIGOVIT is related to the active ingredients that make up the CMV, vitamins, and trace elements. We have added an apple flavor to "mask" this smell as much as possible, thus facilitating the intake of CMV by horses.
Regarding the hardness of the product, it is necessary for sufficient retention of the product, without disturbing the horse's chewing.
Tests were conducted during the product development with the horses from our Reverdy Research Center.
With each production, we also check the hardness of the EASY DOSE units using a piston that measures the force required to break the 15mm diameter pellet of EASY DOSE. And for your information, we apply proportionally the same force (or even a little less) as that applied to the pellets (5mm in diameter) of our Reverdy feeds.
The EASY DOSE pellets may seem hard for a human being but are perfectly suitable for a horse, which has very powerful jaws (*for a horse with healthy dental tables).
As soon as we received your comment, we contacted you to find the most suitable solution. We remain at your disposal if you have any other questions.

The smell is related to the active ingredients that make up the CMV, vitamins, and trace elements. We added an apple flavor to "mask" this smell as much as possible, thus facilitating the intake of the CMV by the horses.
Some horses or ponies sometimes need to be a little "conditioned" to eventually appreciate it. If you want the smell to fade, you can try leaving a few units of EASY DOSE in the open air (for example, 24 hours), then try again a little later. More delicate horses usually get used to it gradually.
Also, know that our MINERAL OLIGOVIT is available in the form of vermicelli (about 2 mm in diameter), this format may suit your horses better? :)
