Product niquel nothing to say but the delivery! A catastrophe! They did not deliver to my home! Impossible to find an "agreement" with the delivery man, I had to go 1 hour from my home to pick it up in a warehouse! I am very disappointed!

We thank you for your feedback, and apologize for the difficulties encountered with the carrier, totally beyond our control.

If you wish, we can make sure that we do not work with this carrier in the case of a new order (you would just have to specify it in the comments when placing your order). However, carriers sometimes subcontract with other local companies, so it is difficult to be 100% certain that you will not be delivered again by the same company.

In any case, our entire team remains 100% mobilized and at your service!

The cmv candies are appetizing and have a good smell, maybe a little hard my 2.5 year old mare can't eat them and rejects them now

Hello Elysane, and thank you for your feedback.

A minimum of hardness is necessary for the product to hold well, without disturbing the horse's chewing.

Tests were carried out during the development of the product with horses from our Reverdy Research Center.

At each production run, we also check the hardness of the EASY DOSE units by using a piston to measure the force required to break the 15mm diameter EASY DOSE pellet. And for your information, we exert proportionally the same force (even a little less) than the one exerted on the granules (of 5mm diameter) of our Reverdy food :)

The EASY DOSE pellets may seem hard to a human being but are perfectly suitable for a horse, which has very powerful jaws (*for a horse with healthy teeth tables of course).

Very good products but the support department should learn to really read the mails and not give ready-made answers. It doesn't make you want to put down more remarks. :) Like "I don't know what to choose between a CMV and a complete food" they don't answer "if you are looking for a CMV take this instead... If you're looking for a whole food, take this...". I ended up taking my advice elsewhere. But I appreciate the responsiveness anyway!
