Unfortunately we have no control over the collection point, and this can happen with different carriers.
However, when you place an order for supplements (parcels <20kg) on our website, please note that you have the option of choosing the DPD or La Poste Colissimo carrier (followed by delivery to a collection point or to your home).
So you can choose your carrier directly when you place your order!
