Just a strange packaging that did not prevent the puncturing of a bag. The driver claimed to have called me prior to delivery, but I have no record of the call. He does not wait for the opening of the package once the delivery is made...

We are sorry to hear that you received a damaged bag. Please know that we take great care in preparing your orders. However, it can happen that an incident occurs during transport.

In this case, please do not hesitate to make reservations on the delivery note, specifying the nature of the damage and the affected product (if possible, take a photo of the damage) and then inform us. This will allow us to file a complaint with the carrier in order to compensate you.

We have recently had to face a sometimes very significant increase in the price of certain ingredients, such as Vitamins A and E, which are part of our products.
Unfortunately, part of this increase has impacted the selling price of our dietary supplements affected by these increases. However, for other supplements, the selling prices have remained unchanged.
