Big buckets and even bigger cartons for less pellets all in all. But the quality and speed of delivery is there.

Hello Isabelle, thank you for your feedback.

The 10kg buckets are filled as much as possible. As the lid is 'retracted', we can't put any more in, otherwise we risk crushing and damaging the product.

As for the buckets themselves, they are also reusable (with or without the lid), and can be very useful in many situations ;)

As for delivery, we still need to use cardboard boxes to protect the buckets during transport. Without it, the product could be damaged, with all the problems associated with returning a product (economic and ecological costs, loss of time).

However, if this format doesn't suit you, Reverdy E SÉLÉNIUM is also available in 4kg ECO-RELOADS. A format specifically designed to be more ecological and minimalist, which you can then pour into a reusable bucket :)

Thank you for your breeding feed, which is delivered on time and allows me every day to see my mares and youngsters grow up with everything they need. I had a twin birth this year and my mare remained in very good condition, as did the two foals. They also switched to your brand of milk pellets and are doing wonderfully.

Delivery was delayed by a day (I was waiting at home). I didn't manage to change the delivery address for the next day, but my parcel was dropped off in front of my house (I prefer that to having to collect it from a relay point).

We're sorry to hear that delivery was not as smooth as you'd wished. Your products were indeed shipped on a pallet in order to protect them as much as possible and optimize transport. Unfortunately, the delivery driver is not able to leave with all the pallets. Nor is it his job to de-palletize the products.
