The delivery was not easy at all. The provider DPD is below everything: delivery announced, postponed for unexplained reasons: (theft, breakage, ...?). Then partial delivery a few days later stealthily, without notable notice, in a mishandled package, repackaged by them, without the requirement of the expected security code, in short, a complete mess. However, I want to highlight the extreme helpfulness of the customer service of Rhum Attitude, who went out of their way to deliver the missing bottle of rum to me and to satisfy me. The contact is very responsive and reassuring. I highly recommend Rhum Attitude for the range of their offers, the prices practiced, and the contact with the customer.
