It is true, however, that there are sometimes delays on the part of the carriers and that the indicated date is exceeded by several days. We carefully select our carriers (since the beginning we have parted ways with two of them due to too many difficulties). We are currently working with Chronopost, Colissimo, and Mondial Relay, which are the major players in the market. None are perfect, of course. Furthermore, you placed your order in early December 2018. As everyone knows, that month was difficult for road transport. If the package arrives too late (after a birthday date, for example), you can always refuse it (or not pick it up at the pickup point): it will then be automatically returned to us and we will fully refund you.
