I am disappointed because the presentation of the rum bottles does not resemble the photo on the site. The rum arrived in small glass bottles whereas on the site the box is presented with small test tubes which, in my opinion, added to the originality of the product.

The photo and explanations correspond to what you received: https://www.rhumattitude.com/#box-du-mois We also have another box, which is more expensive (double the price if we consider shipping costs), which is purchased separately in the shop: https://www.rhumattitude.com/boutique/la-rhum-box-le-maitre-de-chai/ The rums in this box are indeed contained in screen-printed "test tubes". These two offers are clearly presented independently, in different places on the site, and from our point of view, there is no ambiguity. I sent you a message to ask for more details regarding this confusion. Perhaps you saw a presentation on another site that talked about us and misled you? Thank you for your comment. If you understood that it was not glass at the time of ordering, then that's perfect! We will continue to use PET bottles (the same plastic as mineral water bottles but with a thicker wall making them particularly durable) for two reasons: to provide the cheapest sample service possible for our customers, and to minimize breakage during transport.

Mixed impression regarding the delivery. The delivery people tried several times and called me in Paris while the recipient was in Lyon. I tried to explain to them but the sketch lasted 3 days! And yet I had given all the details! Incomprehensible.

Despite forgetting the free samples on my 2 orders which were sent very quickly (2 or 3 days) in a secure package, I eventually received my two samples just as quickly and also in a nice package. On the first subscription page 'Choose the plan that suits you' there is a box to check 'For a gift (gift wrapping, personalized message, possibility to choose 2 different addresses: 1st box at your place to give in person and the others directly to the beneficiary)' I think this is the option you did not check.
