This is my nth order, and it is always very good. I would just like lower delivery fees for parcel relay. But otherwise, a great choice of products, very interesting prices, and often cheaper than Amazon or other sellers. The idea of being able to buy samples is excellent. However, I ordered about ten samples. Very disappointed to have received them loose in a package. A small presentation box, even basic, would have been welcome.

I paid for DHL and get cheaper Colissimo. When I asked for refund the difference between the price. The client service ignore it and told me, they have a right to change it. Otherwise, everything was ok. After this experience I will not buy any goods from this webside. I know a lot of other webshops, where they care about customer. Update 24.11.: Rhumattitude offered me a good explanation and a voucher for this mistake. So I can raise my evaluation and give this shop another chance.

Hi, Thank you for your order and your comment. It is not a matter of price but a matter of insurance. We could not insure properly your parcel with DHL because it was too expensive for the weight. Here are the exact costs for shipping with DHL and Colissimo to your destination, VAT included: DHL = 23,25 euros Colissimo = 25,67 euros And you paid 22,90 for transportation costs.
