Happy with my gift

Good site with easy navigation, varied and quite complete cellar. Prices are reasonable. Order processing is efficient. In short, I recommend Rhum Attitude and would order from them again.

Despite a rather disappointing value for money regarding an item, the choice offered by this site is interesting and the delivery went well. Furthermore, the concern of the managers to maintain its good reputation is a sign of seriousness.

The order of €92 was supposed to be a gift that will never arrive in the end... Feedback is gold so I allow myself to give you my feedback, please don't take it badly: 1) you don't cancel an order without asking the consumer beforehand 2) when it's canceled, the least you can do is to inform the consumer so they don't wait for nothing, especially when they planned to receive the gift on time to give it 3) extra tips: e-commerce is supposed to be a simple and frictionless experience, to avoid negative feedback, offer a % off the next order. Especially when analyzing the order, seeing samples, one might suspect that the next order will be at least one full bottle.

It would have been better to group the packages into one, but I'm nitpicking.

Once the payment interface deadline is exceeded, it is impossible to complete the order and you must absolutely restart the entire process... Moreover, the teams are of no help in this case.

A little disappointment because when I ordered, I asked you if it was indeed the second edition (cardboard case) of the House of Rhum Guatemala and you answered positively. But upon opening the package (always very well packed), you sent me the third edition (metal case)...... Just like you did with the Botran 18 years.... But the products remain excellent..

Quality rum. Fast shipping. Cute box. It would be nice to have maybe more elaborate vials or a small rum glass for tasting that would be offered in the box. Otherwise, good product, thank you.

Fast package (4 days), very friendly staff who contacted me following a product out of stock and offered me an item from the higher range at no extra charge. Points to improve: 1. Samples should be in glass containers (not plastic) 2. Shipping costs a bit expensive. I recommend the site.

First order and satisfied (except for the shipping costs which are a bit excessive if you don't reach 150€) otherwise speed is top-notch, and the little free sample is cool :) I will order again on this site;)

Hello, The service is good, however I know that you subcontract the delivery but they were not able to come and ring my doorbell... so I had to go to a pickup point. Otherwise, the products are very good

Package arrived quickly and sufficiently packaged to protect the bottle. Little note + gift wrapping well presented, I will nitpick about the gift wrapping, I expected something else but otherwise everything met my expectations!

The site deserves 5 stars. However, a small downside for the lack of labels when purchasing a cubi. Good continuation.

First interesting delivery with a rum that particularly caught our attention. Second delivery received with two poorly sealed bottles that we reported to Rhumattitude, who responded very quickly and offered us another rum in exchange as well as a tasting glass. A very responsive after-sales service with appropriate solutions! We can't wait to taste it now.

4.5/5. A regular buyer of rum bottles from another excellent rum site. A disagreement made me look elsewhere, so I tried RHUM ATTITUDE. Half a point off because the site's ergonomics are not pleasant and shipping is free from €140. An effort at €120 would be a plus. However, I approve of the small sample choice. It's a real plus. And I am also reassured by Nico's tasting notes on almost all the bottles. By the way, the guy participated in the Caroni ceremony and was part of a tasting gang (lucky guy). This shows that there are lovers and passionate people behind this site. My next orders are for you guys.

Nice spiced rum with notes of orange peel. A nectar that will please lovers of sweet rums.

Nothing to say about the services, fair prices, fast delivery, and quick responses if we have questions. I just take away one star because even after placing several orders, I never receive discount offers, just the approximately 5% discount offered to everyone. A real commercial gesture for loyal customers from time to time would be welcome.

Reference site to find your rum from around the world... 2 small disappointments however: - first, I would have liked the miniatures ordered not to all have the same standard label with just the rum inscription but to be the miniature copy of each of the labels of the large rum bottles... - secondly (but the site cannot be held responsible) impossibility of having a large bottle of Montebello (and I would have liked to know the reason in detail.... permanent stock out but why? did the producing company close? is the brand no longer exported? ....)

Hello, only 4 stars because a very popular rum from Guadeloupe was missing. But mainly because a relative had ordered it for me and I could not satisfy them. Otherwise, the service was very satisfactory and the delivery extremely responsive. See you soon.

20: I ordered a rum with its case, I was called to inform me that there was no case in stock. The site is not up to date, which is a shame. However, great responsiveness from the customer service, who offered me a compromise by adding two tasting glasses. Without this detail, I would have given 5 stars. Good prices, fast shipping, and well packaged. I highly recommend as I have never been disappointed. JPH

46: The box was described as the best presented for a gift by internet users. For a gift and at the price of the subscription, I am disappointed that the bottles are plastic and not glass, and the label stuck on really doesn't look very professional. We haven't tasted the rums yet, but I am disappointed with the presentation which is not worthy of the presentation on the site (I would even go so far as to say that the site looks more professional than the box). Having given wine and beer subscription boxes as gifts, you have here a point for improvement.
