The spirits are perfectly preserved, it avoids breakage and glass would force us to sell the box at a higher price. Regarding the labels, they are glued by hand. Everything is artisanal but that certainly does not justify poorly done work => we are therefore open to a photo for feedback that we will pass on to the logistics team, it's very useful for us to improve. Finally, the rums are the right ones, it's guaranteed 100% it concerns our credibility... When you have tasted (which is still the goal of all this) and compared with the tasting notes in the booklet, you will be convinced. The Rhum Attitude team

I find it a shame that the containers are plastic, it detracts from the quality of the product. Moreover, I unfortunately came across a rum (African agricultural) that I did not like at all. The other four were however very good. I hope to have better luck next time.

The P.E.T. does not alter the rum at all; on the contrary, it prevents breakage and allows us to sell the box at a lower price than if it were glass. As for the 5th rum offered, it is random. The principle of the box is to discover different types of rum and see what we like and what we like less. So it's normal, and you won't always like all the rums in the boxes. I wanted to please a friend who is a rum enthusiast, I ordered several miniatures (for me a miniature is a small version of the original container) when I received the order I was disappointed to receive simple identical bottles for the rums I had selected, while for me the bottle is what makes the product unique. Maybe the site should specify this.

We are sorry for this disappointment. When you take a sample (which is different from a miniature) a message appears inviting you to click to discover the offer. Then in the cart, a second message appears. Finally, the photo of the box you purchased clearly shows that these are 'identical' bottles. The goal of this offer is clearly to taste, not to collect. The idea of a rum box is really nice, but the presentation box lacks quality, the cardboard is too thin. It would be good to be able to just download an activation code to give the box as a gift. I bought a 3-month subscription to give... and I have already received the November box, which is a shame... luckily it's to the same address... but if I wanted to give it to another family member, they would have already received their box... without a word of explanation that they are subscribed for x months... conclusion, great idea! Really, but it can be improved in many ways.

Thank you for your feedback. Regarding the crooked label, we have passed the message to the team. At this end of the year, they have a lot to do which may explain but not excuse. It is done in an 'artisanal' way, so by hand, which explains that the labels are not always straight or well-centered. As we explain everywhere on the site, the goal of these samples is to offer as many references as possible for tasting. The small writing side will not change as this is the first time we have received such feedback.
