I don't have an opinion yet, it's a gift but the person who received it seemed delighted.

Very good products, deadlines respected, just a small issue during delivery, the bottles were put in several packages that were delivered bit by bit; for the rest, it was perfect.

Nothing to say, well-packaged parcel, reasonable deadlines, sufficient communication.

0 : Very well packaged article. Nothing to complain about.

10 : Very good except for the way to notify that the package has arrived at its destination.

22 : Fast processing and shipping. The only downside is the price, a bit too high.

36 : Packaging a bit limited, but everything arrived well without any problems.

The rum is good overall but the presentation is zero, very disappointed, the packaging is very poor, the explanatory sheet is zero. Very disappointed, I shouldn't have taken the three-month subscription. I won't renew my subscription, especially for a gift, I was very disappointed.

Too bad!! The content is excellent but the packaging is of very disappointing quality. The package or rather the envelope arrived and we already knew what it contained. Indeed, it smelled of rum all over!.... I opened the envelope and there was the disappointment. Small plastic bottles with labels stuck crookedly. Upon opening, even more disappointed because I struggled to open one of the bottles. The screw cap turned endlessly. I didn't want to drink it all at once and the new surprise, impossible to screw back 2 out of 3 bottles... Luckily the rum itself lived up to its promises. It's a good idea but the packaging is very disappointing for the price asked. It feels cheap for exceptional rums especially at 15€ for 5cl....

Very satisfied with the package and the speed of delivery, a good point for the small tasting glasses as a surprise, however disappointed with the Belgian carrier, dll? Who did not want to let me open the package to check the condition of the contents before making me sign! Once signed, he slipped away, citing his schedule and his boss's instructions! So no way to refuse the package in case of damage, as mentioned in the reception instructions received from Rhum Attitude.. Finally, the package was in very good condition..

Fast delivery, products well packaged to avoid shocks during transport. Interesting prices and range of products.

I only give 4 stars out of 5 because the second box did not leave on the scheduled day and I had to ask for it, but the responsiveness was there and we are eagerly awaiting the third box. The products are very well presented in glass tubes branded with the rum distilleries and the boxes are very well packaged! The format is perfect to fit in a mailbox in case of absence at delivery. Very good product, I recommend.
