Preparation errors happen, even if they are rare. Have you checked the packaging? Sometimes the sample shifts in the package and is not immediately visible. We will write to you separately to resolve this issue. 2) Your order was indeed sent via Colissimo (French post), simply as we indicate on the site at the time of ordering and choosing the carrier; they hand over the package to a local operator once in the destination country.

Yes we really have to do several parcels otherwise risks of damage are much higher and that would make a lot less happy. If you want just one parcel next time please order a maximum of 4 bottles or 6 naked bottles (with no case at all).

Moreover, Mondial Relay is the longest solution (the J+4 we display is an indicative average) but it is also the cheapest. We also have faster carriers like Chrono Relais (J+1). You can choose them when finalizing your order, but it's more expensive (+3 € for Chrono Relais).
